Home Contractor/Homeowner disputes and conflicts involving both renovation work and

new construction, in addition to issues involving Pennsylvania's Homeowner Consumer Protection

Act.  We represent both contractors and property owners in these disputes, so we can quickly

assess our clients' claims and recommend a course of action will be most successful.

•Contractor/Subcontractor Matters

Pursuit of payment from owner and/or general/prime contractor for work performed on a jobsite.

Preserving a contractor or subcontractor's right to payment from an owner for work performed

through the filing of a Mechanic's Lien or litigation under the Contractor/Subcontractor Payment Act.

•Residential Real Estate Transactions

Representing Buyers or Sellers in residential home sales, contract review and asserting claims

for breach of contract, misrepresentation or failure to disclose known defects by the Seller.

•Employment Law

Drafting of Employment Agreements, Independent Contractor Agreements and other types

of contracts for businesses; Review of contracts for potential employees; Pursuit of claims for

breach of contract against either the employer or employee.

DUIs, traffic citations, disorderly offenses & misdemeanors.

•Consumer Protection/Creditor Claims
